Obviously, if you drafted Patrick Mahomes, Justin Jefferson, or any of the other studs in fantasy football then it doesn’t matter who they are playing this week you just plug them in. So you won’t find any player that is a top ten ranked QB1, RB1, or WR1 on my list.

For all your other players it only makes sense to look at their matchups and react accordingly. Let’s see if we can squeeze out a few more fantasy points for your team this week by looking at players who might not be every week plays, but have a great chance to boost your lineup based on their matchups. All players are outside the top ten.

Quarterbacks

Daniel Jones GIANTS vs. Seahawks - QB12 - Projected Points 18.3

It’s been a bit of a roller coaster for Jones so far. He had two bad outings against the Cowboys and the 49ers; two of the best defenses in the league. Against the Cardinals, one of the worst defenses, he was QB1. This week he is playing a team that has given up the second-most passing yards this year. Teams have passed for over 300 yards against the Seahawks every week so far.

Russell Wilson - BRONCOS vs. Bears - QB15 - Projected Points 17.5

Wilson has now had back-to-back 300+ yard games. The Bears have given up the fifth-most yards and the third-most TDs to QBs. With Javonte Williams only rushing for 138 yards this year, for the Broncos to score it will have to be through the air.
