Loser: Pittsburgh Steelers RB Najee Harris

"Well, maybe we got lost in translation, maybe I asked for too much"

Taylor Swift, All Too Well (2021)

Well, the Pittsburgh Steelers have played three times, and in all three games undrafted tailback Jaylen Warren has outscored incumbent starter Najee Harris in fantasy football. The preseason warning signs were real, and fantasy managers are now paying the price in the worst possible way.

Ahead of the beginning of the season, Harris was going as RB11 in ESPN PPR drafts, and his ADP of 40.9 saw him picked before players like Rhamondre Stevenson, Jahmyr Gibbs, Aaron Jones, James Cook, Rachaad White, and Alvin Kamara. Kamara has been suspended for three games, and would have been just as useful as Harris through these first three weeks.

Fantasy managers remember the 25-year-old's 1,200-yard rookie season all too well, and that magic's not here no more. With Warren continuing to outduel his teammate, it's time to forget about Harris long enough to forget why you needed to.
