3 wide receivers Chiefs could add to become more potent in fantasy football

The Kansas City Chiefs have created a dynasty but in 2024, the team will look to add a WR1 to become even more explosive on offense.

Tee Higgins

Another player that would make a ton of sense is Tee Higgins, who is a free agent for the Cincinnati Bengals. The Bengals have one of the best wide receiver groups in the league but as long as Ja'Marr Chase is there, Higgins will never be the No. 1 guy.

In Kansas City, he would be the top guy on the depth chart immediately and he would become the guy Mahomes looked to when the team needed a big play. That would mean a chance to expand on his already impressive annual averages of 64 receptions, 921 yards and six touchdowns. Those are good numbers for a No. 2 wide receiver, but there is no doubt that Higgins will have his eyes on what those numbers could look like without having to share the field with someone like Chase.

He would also be catching passes from Mahomes, which is pretty enticing as well. It's a fit that makes a lot of sense and would give Higgins a chance to elevate himself into the top 10 wide receivers in fantasy football.
